What is the alkaline diet plan and will it work for me?

The body to be working at its optimum must maintain all fluids at a ph level of 7.365 which is slightly alkaline. So we need to be eating a slightly alkaline diet. This means eating foods with high water content and low sugar.

The body can not create fat in an alkaline state. It can only do it when its out of balance. If you eliminate internal stress from food you eat it you can handle external stresses better.
