Going for a Colon Cleanse, need advice

Q:
new to the board, and here for a good purpose. I currently run my own message board and site, but no one there has the information I'm needing to get.

I'm currently working out 6 days a week, doing both weights and cardio, and am on the way to losing a lot of fat. I've been wanting to do a colon cleanse for quite a while, however, I have some questions regarding my fat loss and my workout schedule, as well as protein intake.

1. You can continue to exercise; although your energy levels can vary. This is really an individual response. Many people do experience a healing crisis as a result of detoxification. This can cause fatigue, headaches, muscle/joint pain, and other symptoms in some people. However, this is generally very short-term and your energy level will probably be better after going through it. Keep in mind that not everyone experiences this; some people simply feel better, lighter, and more energetic.
