Acids Cause Heart Attacks and Strokes NOT Cholesterol!
A new national study has shown that nearly 75 percent of all patients hospitalized for a Heart attack or stroke had normal or low cholesterol levels. According to current savants this would indicate they were not at high risk for a cardiovascular event, according to current national cholesterol guidelines.
Specifically, these patients had low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels that met current guidelines, and close to half had LDL levels classified in guidelines as optimal (less than 100 mg/dL).
According to Dr. Robert O. Young, Director of the pH Miracle Living Center, "if you have normal or low blood cholesterol and are living and acidic lifestyle and diet you are at a higher risk for a stroke or heart attack than someone with cholesterol over 300 mg/dl."
"High blood cholesterol indicates that the body is trying to buffer excess dietary and/or metabolic acid. This is a good thing. Cholesterol is good not bad. Acid is bad and the cause of stroke and heart attacks," states Dr. Young.
"Almost 75 percent of heart attack patients fell within recommended targets for LDL cholesterol, demonstrating that the current guidelines may not be low enough to cut heart attack risk in most who could benefit," said Dr. Gregg C. "Unfortunately, Dr. Fonarow and Cordsay just don't get it. Cholesterol is not the problem. The problem is a person's acidic lifestyle and dietary choices," states Dr. Young.
While the risk of cardiovascular events increases substantially with LDL levels above 40-60 mg/dL, current national cholesterol guidelines consider LDL levels less than 100-130 mg/dL acceptable for many individuals. The guidelines are thus not effectively identifying the majority of individuals who will develop fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events, according to the study's authors.
"Persons who are at risk for a heart attack or stroke are persons who live an acidic lifestyle and diet, such as:
1) Lack of adequate exercise. You should exercise every day for at least 1 hour. And you should be sweating which helps to remove dietary and metabolic acids from the blood and tissues.
2) Eating animal proteins. Cut out all animal proteins for plant proteins, such as Hemp meal or protein. Hemp protein has twice the protein content than animal protein.
3) Eating dairy products. There are no substitutes for dairy products.
4) Vinegar. Never use it. IT is poisonous!
5) Mushrooms and algae. They break the body down and recycle it back to the earth.
6) Corn, corn starch and corn syrup. It is a strong acid and should never be consumed!
7) Peanuts. They are full of mold.
8) Eggs. Eggs are for creating a baby chick not for eating. They are full of bacteria. Approximately 38,000,000 million per egg. Eggs are dirty and filthy of the blood and tissues. They also activate the immune system to clean up the bloody mess.
9) Chocolate. Two acids - theobromine and methylbromine - they both kill.
10) Any form of sugar with the last 3 letters of "ose' or "tol." For example, sucrose or maltose, or Xylitol or Mannitol. All sugar in all of its forms is toxic to the body and should never be consumed.

Researchers also found that more than half of patients hospitalized for a heart attack had poor high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol levels, according to national guidelines.
"If you want to be healthy you need healthy fats. The healthiest of all the fats are the polyunsaturated Omega 3's found in flax seed and hemp seed. I suggest eating at least 2 to 3 ounces of healthy oil or fat a day. This helps to increase the high-density lipoproteins," states Dr. Young.
Published in the January issue of the American Heart Journal, the study suggests that lowering guideline targets for LDL cholesterol for those at risk for cardiovascular disease, as well as developing better treatments to raise HDL cholesterol, may help reduce the number of patients hospitalized for heart attack in the future.
"Sounds like good advise from the allopathic point of view but is is way off the target. The key is to decrease acidic foods and drinks and increase exercise, alkaline foods and drinks, especially the long chain fats or Omega 3's," states Dr. Young.
Researchers analyzed data from 136,905 patients hospitalized for a heart attack nationwide between 2000 and 2006 whose lipid levels upon hospital admission were documented. This accounted for 59 percent of total hospital admissions for heart attack at participating hospitals during the study period.
Among individuals without any prior cardiovascular disease or diabetes, 72.1 percent had admission LDL levels less than 130 mg/dL, which is the current LDL cholesterol target for this population. Thus, the vast majority of individuals having their first heart attack would not have been targeted for effective preventative treatments based on the criteria used in the current guidelines.
The team also found that half of the patients with a history of heart disease had LDL cholesterol levels lower than 100 mg/dL, and 17.6 percent of patients had LDL levels below 70 mg/dL, which are guideline targets for LDL cholesterol in those at fair risk and at high risk for cardiovascular disease, respectively.
The study also showed that HDL cholesterol, or "good cholesterol," levels have dropped in patients hospitalized for heart attack over the past few years, possibly due to increasing rates of obesity, insulin resistance and diabetes.
Researchers found that 54.6 percent of patients had HDL levels below 40 mg/dL. Developing more effective treatments to boost HDL levels may help reduce the number of patients hospitalized for heart attacks, according to the authors.
"We found that less than 2 percent of heart attack patients had both ideal LDL and HDL cholesterol levels, so there is room for improvement," said Fonarow.
Fonarow said that only 59 percent of patients in the database had their lipid levels checked upon admission, which should be increased, since these early measurements can often help guide treatment decisions.
He also noted that only 21 percent of patients in the study were taking lipid-lowering medications before admission, despite almost half having a prior history of cardiovascular events, which would prompt treatment.
"Bottom line, heart attacks and strokes are caused by acidic lifestyles and diets. If you want to reduce the risk for heart attack and stroke the focused needs to be placed on the personal lifestyle and dietary choice - and that choice needs to move to a more alkaline lifestyle and diet," states Dr. Young.

Restricting Salt for Good Health?
I know you probably heard about the item last night on NBC Nightly News indicating that people should consume less than 1 tsp. of salt per day. The item on the NBC Nightly News quotes the Center for Science in the Public Interest. Doesn't sound like much of an interest in the "health" of the public, so much as their own interest in publicity. But a restriction in salt or sodium chloride is the single most contributing factor in causing ALL sickness and dis-ease or so-called disease.
I have written Brian Williams and have alerted him to his irresponsible journalism... citing our own facts and science.

What do you suppose would happen if we put the ocean life on a restricted salt diet or a salt-free diet? The obvious would happen - all life in the ocean would DIE!
Salt or sodium chloride is the major element of all of the body fluids and responsible for preserving and maintaining the alkaline design of the body. This is why our body fluids are salted with sodium chloride! Without salt you would die. In my own research I have found that every person who is sick or tired is SALT DEFICIENT! Restricting salt is like restricting oxygen. What needs to be restricted is NOT salt but acidic lifestyles and diets. GET OFF YOUR ACID! NOT YOUR SALT!

This type of inaccurate reporting is why we have so much trouble in this country really addressing health issues at a time when all types of dis-eases and medical costs are increasing.
It's ironic that President Obama just this morning held a press conference on getting adequate health care to all Americans and containing costs. Several large Pharmaceutical Companies have agreed to "limit" medical cost INCREASES over the next few
years. It's the old scam..."give a little now, to take more later". And... President Obama fell for it.
Please write your Congress Men or Women today and let them know that President Obama's so-called health plan is NOT the path to better health and fitness. Limiting the cost of drugs by Pharmaceutical Companies does not equate to better health for Americans. What this country needs is Education NOT Medication. Americans need to be educated in the knowledge of the New Biology(R) and the true path to health, energy, vitality and fitness.
Personal responsibility and the understanding of the pH Miracle Lifestyle and Diet and the importance of eating liberal amounts of salt daily is the only way.
In the words of Gandhi, "you must be the change you want to see."

Preventing and/or Reversing Venous Thromboemboism or VTE
I read with interest the appended article on the relationship between certain types of urine albumin and Venous Thromboembolism. I was particularly interested in this quote:
"The risk for VTE rises with age, with the incidence coming in at less than 0.005 percent in people under the age of 15 and increasing to as high as 0.5 percent in 80-year-olds. Slower blood flow and changes in blood composition are major risk factors, but in many cases no risks can be found."
But... the suggested treatment, "..microalbuminuria can be treated by nonanticoagulant medication.." apparently relates to anti-inflamatory agents, such as low dose aspirin, etc.. which is still highly acidic.
The increase in proteins in the blood and urine that can lead to VTE may be caused by several of the following factors:
1) Congestion of the bowel due to undigested animal proteins. This can cause congestion and/or damage to the intestinal villi leading to deficient and inferior stem cell and red blood production and an increase in thrombocyctes.
2) A diet high in acidic animal protein and dairy products can create an increase in blood and then tissue acidosis leading to increased amounts of blood and urine protein from cellular breakdown as seen in dried blood testing and urine analysis.
3) An increase in dietary acid can cause blood cells to stick together causing oxygen deprivation leading to blood and tissue breakdown and increased proteins in the blood and urine.
4) An increase in sticky platelets or thrombosis as the result of excessive red blood cell breakdown and the birth of red blood cell fragments, known as platelets. This biological transformation of red blood cells to platelets is caused by excess dietary and metabolic acid that has not been properly eliminated through the four channels of elimination - bowels, skin, bladder and lungs.
An increase in thrombocyctes or platelets is the result of red blood cell deterioration due to dietary and metabolic acid.
It was through years of viewing the live blood where I captured and recorded platelets being born out of the red blood cell as the red blood cell was breaking down or transforming. The biological transformation of the red blood cell to a thrombocycte is triggered by a decrease in the pH from dietary and/or metabolic acid.
To protect the blood and to keep it from sticking together or from transforming into sticky platelets you must support the alkaline design of the fluids of the body and keep the bowels clear of undigested animal protein and sticky acidic dairy products.

That's the take home message from Dutch researchers who followed more than 8,500 people over about an 8-year period. Those with higher levels of albumin in their urine were significantly more likely to develop venous thromboembolism, or VTE. Overall, 3 percent of people with higher levels albumin - known as microalbuminuria -- had a VTE during the study, versus just 1 percent of those with normal levels of the protein. Microalbuminuria is known to affect proteins involved in clotting of the blood.
"The fact that microalbuminuria has a high prevalence in the general population (7.2 percent) suggests that on the population level, microalbuminuria may be an important risk factor for VTE," write the authors.
The good news is microalbuminuria can be treated by nonanticoagulant medications, which means the treatment would not raise the risk for bleeding.
"Future studies are needed to evaluate the effect of these drugs on the risk of VTE," conclude the researchers.

Bottom line, your mental state is ever so critical. In so many ways, your mental state, if it's negative, can create more metabolic acids than the acidic food that you're eating
In fact, you can create two or three times=2 0more metabolic acids from your thoughts or your mental and emotional state than from ingesting highly acidic dairy, animal protein, sugar and alcohol.
So your thoughts are critical. Your thoughts or words do become matter, and can affect your physiology in a negative or positive way. Your thoughts do become biology. And the way that thoughts become biology is as follows:

You may not know it, but many people who become angry easily not only get angry at various people, events, and situations, but eventually they are irritated with themselves for being so angry at everything else. I have often wished that our traditional medical industry would spend some of their billions of research dollars checking out and verifying for the world what I have demonstrated for years that the pH Miracle electron-rich alkaline Lifestyle and Diet would be much more calming to the lower (e)motions of grief, shame, guilt, anger, fear, etc., responses of the reptilian brain as compared to a toxic chemical drug.
A chemical drug may temporarily calm a person down, but it will also inhibit the entire spectrum of normal and healthy functioning of the Amygdala. I am assuming here that most of us still value and are interested in the healthy functions of socialization, sexual attraction, and the enjoyment of the myriad of feelings associated with home and hearth. All of these wonderful human experiences and memories are also functions of the Amygdala every bit as much as the feisty20adrenal functions responding to "fight and flight."
In our attempts to find a chemical drug to treat almost everything, we (more often than not) create more problems than we eliminate one step forward and two steps backward. I know that attention deficit problems (ADHD) respond to an alkaline regimen....and hyperactivity is an Amygdala function. So it follows that an alkaline lifestyle and diet would produce less overall adrenal "stress" as well (really just the fight or flight mechanism by another name).
The pH Miracle electron-rich alkaline lifestyle and diet is calming to the mind and thus calms the negative (e)motions or energy in motion. This appropriate calming of the Amygdala function produces less "stress." And, with less "stress" you have less "acid." And, with less "acid" you have less sickness, dis-ease, so-called disease, depression and unhappiness.
Can our emotions cause cancer?
I have said that cancer is a four letter word ACID. When you are doing negative acidic emotions, such as anger, revenge, hate, sadness or depression, you are creating metabolic acids that can cause ANY and ALL cancerous conditions across all body tissues. If metabolic acids are not removed via urination, perspiration, defecation or respiration, then they are delivered to body tissues. When constant excess acid from negative emotions are poured into the body tissues, the body tissues will degenerate causing a cancerous condition. Pharmaceutical companies are creating drugs addressing symptoms that may give you the illusion of feeling better, but they DO NOT deal with the causative metabolic acids from eating and drinking and negative acidic emotions. This can only lead to more physical and emotional pain and unnecessary suffering.
When you are in a negative (e)motional state, it can become impossible for you to heal your serious degenerative or acidic challenge. But, I will say this: if you are willing to commit to change and begin the alkalizing process, even if you are not completely out of your state of fear, anger, depression or anger, you will begin to put more "Young Life," "Young Energy," and "Young Love" into your mind body and spirit.
I have found over the years that when you start feeling better, you start thinking better. And when you start thinking better, you start doing better. So, you don't have to have your (e)motions completely under control in order to start losing weight, feeling better, reversing a serious illness, having more sustainable energy and to start being happy and more spiritually connected.
When you start the pH Miracle Lifestyle and Diet program, you are then making a conscious decision to try to do a little better. And, when you get on this healing path that leads to Young Living, Young Energy, and Young Love this gradual alkalizing process you start having those little and then those big pH miracles. You start feeling better and you start thinking better. And, when you start feeling and thinking better, you realize at some point that you have forgotten your depression and your sadness. Feelings of anger have disappeared and even what you were upset about. You soon forget that you were fearful about in the first place.
Why? These changes come about because you feel so good. You are rewriting your genetics with your positive (e)motions.
