Avian Bird Flu and Immune System

Dear Family and Friends:To reveal the illusions that imprison us, we must study the history of how the illusions were created.One must challenge everything in the modern construct of immunology and what is said to be the immune system.

The basis of modern immunology is founded on Louis Pasteur, the fraud, impostor, deceiver and self promoter. There is a serious problem to where every word and part of the anatomy must be questioned to find their use and function because of the fraud of Louis Pasteur.

For example, the word influenza means influence. Originally, influenza was said to come from the stars or heavens. The Avian Influenza is an influenza of a bird influence.

More specifically, it is an influence of bird waste. The bird consumption industry in Southeast Asia is overcrowded to the point that the chickens are consuming their own waste, producing an over-acidification of the birds and workers that must work in the acidic air and waste.

It could be more accurately called Acidic Bird or Chicken Excrement Influenza that is only contagious to those consuming acidic birds, like chicken or breathing chemically altered air from chicken excrement. Because chickens do not have a urinary tract system, like humans and animals they are more likely to absorb their own acidic urine into their tissues.

I guess you could say that's what makes chicken flesh taste so juicy and why chickens should never be consumed by humans!Here is a second example of Pasteurian scientific dogma. The word virus is originally Latin meaning poison, as in snake venom, (being too acidic).

When a serious snake bite releases venom or acid into the skin and soft tissues, the small sweat vessels become so enlarged that red corpuscles can flow into the tiny seat glands, showing red skin patterns and allowing the venom or acids to escape through the skin.

Acidity dissolves and enlarges blood vessels for the movement of acidic fluids or gases. Alkalinity constricts and normalizes the blood vessels.

The point being that viruses are molecular liquids or gases (venom) that can be created by chemical imbalances in humans, plants and animals (by malnutrition or toxic acidic food and/or drink consumption), also created in humans, plants and animal glands, sometimes used in defense (snake venom) or emergency (overactive adrenals), also can be crystalized in laboratories, rarely, if ever crystallized in vivo, and foolish to call viruses contagious when viruses are nothing more than acidic liquids or gases from biological transformation or rotting matter.

In snake bites, lifestyle choices and diets -- it is not the bite or food that kills it is the venom or acid from the food that kills. Ultimately, it is in ones personal choice that gives life or takes life!My final example is in defining the truth about antibodies and antigens.Antibodies are chemical clusters or alkaline buffers to a typical acidic condition properly referred to as antigens or enzymes.

So called antibodies are released from healthy organ cells, such as the liver, in response to buffer and neutralize the acidity or liquid acid antigen that was first introduced. It must be noted that the word, antibody and antigen, are a Pasteurian dogma construct. The mind set being that an antibody or now even antibiotics, are defending or responding to bodies, microbes or invisible bodies or what I call phantom viruses, like Avian, SARS, or even HIV even though HIV is not a virus but an alkaline antibody to buffer acid or antigens.

The chemical response is actually due to an introduction, vector or antigen of a chemical nature, typically acidic, not a body, microbe or bacteria or yeast. If bacteria, yeast, fungus or mold are transferred into another individual it must be made in a balanced liquid medium to support that fragile microbe or insignificant entity in order to survive.

The main point here is that bacteria, yeast, fungus or mold do not cause sickness and disease --- sickness and disease is a result of excess acidity or antigens that have not been properly buffered by antibodies or bases such as sodium bicarbonate.

These fragile microforms are the expression of cellular transformation from once healthy human, plant or animal cells due to an over acidic environment. Sickness and disease can only be caused by the over acidification (abundance of antigens) of the fluids of the body due to our own personal lifestyle and dietary choices.

So this Holiday Season, as we contemplate the flu season (no coincidence that they occur at the same time considering the ingestion of all the acidic foods and drinks) may I suggest that each of us take personal responsibility for the consequences of our choices, rather than blame a phantom Avian Influenza virus.

If we get sick it is our own fault and not the cause of a phantom virus that we can blame to cover our own transgressions. Save your money and save your life by making alkalizing and energizing lifestyle and dietary choices. This is where true immunity is found -- not in a vaccine which are all acidic and poisonous to the body. I love the words of Hippocrates when he said, 'Let your medicine be your food and your food be your medicine.'

In closing, I quote Abraham Lincoln who said ' . . . but you can't fool all the people, all of the time.' Is it now time that we wake up from the fraud and deception of Louis Pasteur's medical science and break the chains that can prevent us from incredible outstanding good health, energy and a long a prosperous life free from all sickness and disease? Is it not time for us to be truly free in all ways -- physically, emotionally and spiritually?

I believe with all my heart that the answers to these questions can be found and realized in understanding and choosing truth, light and life over deception, darkness and death. On the eve of Nixon's war on cancer, a joint Lederle Corporation/FDA Bureau of Biologics study showed that eleven test monkeys, imported for polio vaccine production, tested positively for SCMV.

The reluctance of the FDA to act on this matter was revealed in a corporate memo delivered the following year. Even in 1995, following a report to FDA officials concerning a patient infected with a SCMV-derived virus, no new in-house testing of polio vaccines for SCMV has occurred.

Moreover, this author's specific requests for vaccine material to undertake specific testing, were denied on the basis of protecting 'proprietary' interests.'--

Children and harmful toxins

It is NOT just about the food we eat. It is what we think, feel, ingest, and digest emotionally, spiritually and physically. Asthma, allergies, hyperactivity, cancer, developmental disorders, aggressive and violent behaviors...where does it end?

You want to protect your child from the bad things in the world and provide the best nourishment so that he or she will have the best foundation possible for a strong, well-developed immune system.

You buy organic food, use organic cotton clothing and diapers and buy all of your baby's personal care products at the local health food store. Regulations define the word organic for the foods that you buy.

Sadly, there are no regulations defining the word organic for labeling of personal care products.

Did you know that? We think that natural body care products that are labeled as organic should contain ingredients that you wouldn't be afraid to eat.

After all, isn't that how the word organic is interpreted in the natural health food industry--to define the purity of food?

You've got enough on your mind. Why do you need to study labels on body care products?

The 1993 National Academy of Sciences (NAS) report "Pesticides in the Diets of Infants and Children" included recommendations that: all sources of (pesticide) exposure be considered (when attempting to reduce your child's pesticide exposure).

The NAS report concluded that in the absence of other factors, "infants and children are subject to rapid tissue growth and development, which will have an impact on cancer risk." Did you know that 60% of what you rub onto your child's skin is absorbed through the skin and can be detected in the blood within minutes?

Children's bodies are small and because they do not have an adult's ability to detoxify and excrete toxins, they absorb proportionally higher doses of toxins per unit of body weight, which means that their organs may suffer permanent and irreversible damage more quickly because they are not fully developed.

Chemicals in body care products have been linked to reproductive problems in both women (e.g., endometriosis and the increasingly early onset of puberty in young girls) and men (e.g., falling sperm counts and congenital birth defects of the reproductive organs) and to some cancers. Many synthetic chemicals have also been linked to developmental deficiencies and learning disabilities in children.

The FDA web site has an update that lists some body care chemicals (some found in "natural" baby body care products!) that were found cause to cancer in laboratory animals.

The National Toxicology Program (NTP) recently found that repeated application to skin of some of these chemicals (that the FDA lists)--diethanolamine (DEA), or its fatty acid derivative cocamide DEA--induced liver and kidney cancer.

NTP also emphasized that DEA is readily absorbed through the skin and accumulates in organs, such as the brain, where it induces chronic toxic effects.

Chemicals from the FDA list like cocamide DEA, lauramide DEA or MEA or triethanolamine (TEA) don't belong in baby products or body care for anybody! (These chemicals are also found in dishwashing detergents.)

Because children are more susceptible to these toxins than adults, we need to be especially careful about what they inhale and what we rub onto their skin.

Problems from synthetic "fragrance" reported to the FDA have included headaches, dizziness, rashes, skin discoloration, violent coughing and vomiting, and allergic skin irritation.

Exposure to fragrances can affect the central nervous system, causing depression, hyperactivity, irritability, inability to cope, and other behavioral changes.

Did you know that fragrance chemical ingredients don't need to be included on product labels?

Remember, babies can't tell you that they are experiencing a migraine or lung tightness when you use the lotion with a synthetic "fruity" fragrance.

Here's the bottom line: chemicals pollute the planet in their manufacture and they pollute your body and your home. They don't benefit you or your children in any way. So why use them at all?

Silica- amazing mineral for brain function!

Drinking the Right Water Can Fend Off Alzheimer'sStudies have already revealed how essential water is to human health -- it helps with digestion, keeps the skin healthy and removes toxins from the body. However, a recent study uncovered another benefit of drinking water:

A high concentration of silica in drinking water seemed to protect against Alzheimer's disease.

The findings stemmed from an offshoot of an osteoporosis study -- Epidemiology of Osteoporosis Study (EPIDOS) -- that included some 7,600 women older than 75 from five French cities whose mental acuity was measured at the start of the study.

The Silica-Alzheimer's LinkThe participants' intake of water, tap versus mineral, was determined through a questionnaire. (Data on levels of silica, calcium and aluminum were derived from local water companies and companies that distributed mineral water.)

During the first phase of the study, researchers found women who had normal or higher mental function at the start had a higher daily intake of silica. This link remained significant, statistically, even after taking age, location, income, education level and history of stroke into account.

The second phase, which followed up with women from a particular city seven years later, revealed women who developed Alzheimer's were almost three times more likely to have a significantly reduced daily intake of silica than those who didn't have it. Thus, a low silica concentration was associated with low cognitive performance.

In light of these findings, researchers believe silica to be a natural antidote to aluminum, which has been previously linked to the formation of plaque in the brain.

Therefore, it was concluded that silica in drinking water may reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's in elderly women; however, the potential effect of this chemical needs to be confirmed in further investigations. As the population continues to age, the number of people with Alzheimer's disease is expected to increase some 70 percent, as the greatest known risk factor of Alzheimer's is age.

About 4.5 million people are affected today, and it is estimated that this number will increase to 7.7 million by 2030.The known benefits of silica consumption have, until now, been mostly confined to its effects on your skin, hair, nails and bones.

Weight Bearing Excercise

A Duke University Medical center report on the various factors that affect weight loss points to vigorous, sustained exercise as a key factor.

Estimates for the benefits of milder forms of exercise, such as a one-mile walk are imprecise at best, and often do not take into account factors that reduce their actual effectiveness.

Machines such as treadmills, for example, overestimate the amount of acids eliminated by 10-15 percent.

However, weight-bearing, gravity-fighting exercises like rebounding, isotonic wieght lifting, dancing, skating, running, and stair-climbing eliminates the same amount of metabolic acids, in the same period of time, than gentler water-based exercises or cycling, although some make up for this by cycling for longer periods.

How skillfully you perform your personal exercise regimen affects the amount of acids you eliminate through the sweat glands. Poor technique may make you work harder and create more acid than you are eliminating and you'll quit faster and may hurt yourself along the way.

Mangosteen, Noni, Goji, Xango, Thia-Go, G3 are ALL Acidic and Detrimental to Health

Mangosteen, Noni, Goji, Xango, Thai-Go, G3 and other fruit juices claim to provide nutritional health benefits, or do they?

I have tested all of these so-called nutritional health drinks and they are all highly acidic at a pH ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 with an ORP (oxidative reduction potential for buffering acids and providing body energy) ranging from +250 mV to +450 mV.

All of these so-called nutritional health beverages would have the same toxic acidic effects as drinking an acidic cola drink at a pH of 2.5 with an ORP at +250 mV.

Great for cleaning the corrosion off the battery cables of your car, but destructive to the digestive system and especially the delicate intestinal villi of the small intestine where blood is made. All of these exotic, proton rich fruits and fruit drinks will pull energy from your body robbing you of needed electrons to keep your body running healthy and strong.

You are better off eating or drinking green vegetables like broccoli and other electron rich, cruciferous vegetables that contain several anti-acidic compounds that have been shown to provide protection against cancerous causing agents like nitric and lactic acid. However, there aren't any companies selling expensive broccoli juice.

Or are there?

The reason that products such as Mangosteen, Xango, Goji and Noni seem more attractive is because the ingredients are "exotic" and most people just don't know much about the ingredients.

The truth is that these exotic fruits and fruit juices are generally pasturized, full of sugar, and will acidify the blood and tissues making you sick, tired and fat!

Whatever little nutritional value they might claim to offer is lost in their saturation of hydrogen ions making these beverages void of any nutritional or energetic value!Yes, there is some research on xanthones, a phytochemical found in Mangosteen, Xango, Goji, Noni, but the scientific interpretations are incorrect.

The phytochemical xanthone is a potent anti-acid by itself. But, the value of the xanthones found in these exotic fruits are not sufficient enough to neutralize the high concentrations of acidic hydorgen ions, leaving these beverages highly acidic at 2.5 to 3.0 pH and deficient of any energy value at +250 mV and up.

I would suggest looking at the published research on bioflavonoids (lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene, luctein, beta-carotene, and over 600 more of them), polyphenols (which include proanthocyandins, anthocyanidins, catechins, etc), indole-3-carbinol and sulfurophane (broccoli extract and cruciferous vegetables), iridoids (mainly found in olive fruit), not to mention all the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants naturally found in electron rich fruits and vegetables.

The list could go on and on and on. Nearly all of these compounds are found in the nutritional supplement that are in "The Comparative Guide To Nutritional Supplements" and in our book, The pH Miracle for Weight Loss. You could literally pull up hundreds of thousands of studies on all of these phytochemicals.

Xanthones may have beneficial properties in the right concentrations but it is only one compound among thousands that have well-researched benefits. If people think they are getting some miraculous compound, secret juice or magic formula, they are being misinformed. What they are getting is a highly acidic, enervating fruit juice that will increase the acidic state of the body and damage the delicate alkaline pH of the digestive and circulatory system.

Add mangosteen, Noni, Goji or Xango fruit or juice to your current vitamin/mineral regimen and expect short term benefits from the acidic laxative affect and long term damage to the small intestine and large intestine.

Eventually the acidic damage done to the small intestine will affect the quality of the blood that will in turn affect that quality and health of every cell in the human body. This can then lead to a serious health challenge.

The nutritional health benefits of these exotic fruits are highly exaggerated and misleading.A scientific scale called the ORAC scale was developed to measure how well foods neutalize oxidation or acids. Due to the varied antioxidants (water soluble, fat soluble, etc.) in the tablets, there really isn't an accurate way of giving a legitimate ORAC score to a nutritional supplement. As such, the ORAC scale has little relevance to Mangosteen, Noni, Goji and Xango juice!

The following offers a more detailed explanation of some disadvantages of relying on ORAC scores too heavily. In addition, there are some marked drawbacks to the ORAC score. The disadvantages of using the ORAC score, or at least in relying too much upon it, are several, such as...

1) Despite the fact that it is sometimes touted as a "Total Antioxidative Power" score, the ORAC assay can only measure one particular type of antioxidative activity, namely the ability of antioxidants to quench or neutralize only one specific type of oxidizing free radical (aka "reactive oxygen species", or ROS) known as the peroxy (e.g., as found in peroxide) radical.

The biggest problem with this test is the peroxide radical is released by the white blood cells to buffer or neurtalize metabolic acids to help maintain the delicate pH balance of the body fluids at 7.365. All "oxygen species" or free radicals are released by the cells, including the white blood cells to neutralize the damaging affects of metabolic acids. You see, free radicals are good guys not bad guys and are part of the body's protective system against hydrogen ions or acids.

When you drink Mangosteen, Noni Juice, Goji Juice, Xango, Thai-Co, G3, etc. you have just increased your acidic levels of hydrogen ions and the body responds by releasing free radicals to buffer the poison or acid or hydrogen ions from these exotic drinks. In truth, the ORAC assay measures the acidity or toxicity of a food or drink, not its ability to neutralize free radicals.

2) Thus, the ORAC score when interpreted correctly offers a picture of the true antioxidant, or better said, anti-acid power of an antioxidant or mixture of antioxidants since antioxidants like xanthone works with free radicals like peroxide by quenching or buffering metabolic acids.

Other alkalizing free radical species commonly found in the body and released by the white blood cells are the superoxides, triplet oxygen, singlet oxygen, and the hydroxyl radical which protects us against acids from digestion, respiration, fermenation and degeneration.

Indeed, some highly powerful and effective antioxidants or anti-acids like sodium bicarbonate, potassium hydroxide, sodium chlorite, singlet oxygen, superoxides, triplet oxygen and peroxide would score extremely poor or low on an ORAC assay. What does this tell us about the ORAC score? It is being misinterrupted!

3) An excellent example of naturally occuring antioxidants or anti-acids (and in reality there are plenty more) are the carotenoid family of antioxidants which includes beta carotene, lycopene, luctien, canthaxanthxin and zeaxanthin, among others, and which are found extensively in strongly-colored fruits and vegetables.

4) Most carotenoids show little activity against the peroxy radical because they work together to buffer metabolic acids.

5) The ORAC score derived from the ORAC assay shows only antioxidant activity in liquids in a test tube (in vitro) rather than within complex living biological systems within the body. The problem here is that some substances or foodstuffs may show great ORAC scores in test tube measures, but may perform poorly in the body due to poor bioavailability, and vice versa.

6) A number of incorrect or invalid ORAC scores for common fruits and vegetables are now in circulation due to faulty methods of testing or faulty interpretation and reporting, or both. Why? Because the ORAC score does not take in consideration the fermentation of sugars that turns to acid in the body.

7) The original ORAC assay method, called the B-PE method (for beta-phycoerythrin, a reagent), has been largely discredited in the scientific literature in the past few years as being inaccurate and yielding poor repeatability.

Many of the original advocates in the antioxidant field of the ORAC B-PE Assay, including Dr. Guohua Cao, a USDA research scientist) now recommend a more sophisticated ORAC assay, called the ORAC FL method, where the "FL" stands for fluorescein, a fluorescent reagent used in the test. The newer ORAC FL method yields an ORAC score ranging from 95% to about 400% (4X) of the older ORAC score, and, on average, yields a score which is about 120% to 200% of the score from the older ORAC B-PE method.

8) Unfortunately, the vast majority of ORAC assay scores to be found on the web and in the scientific literature for various foodstuffs, including fruits, vegetables, juices, and supplements, were produced using the older ORAC B-PE method. 9) Indeed, most of the ORAC scores to be found in the literature and on the Internet are from a set of ORAC scores published by the USDA in the late 1990's, all derived using the ORAC B-PE method.

There has also been some confusion in interpretation of the USDA scores, with some companies and authors reporting scores for freeze-dried (concentrated) samples as scores for fresh samples, resulting in inflated scores, and with others reporting the score in units per 100 grams (or even 65 or 6 grams) rather than the standard score which is reported in ORAC units per gram.

With any of the putative "single score" "total antioxidant" assays, the older ORAC B-PE assay and the newer ORAC FL assay may offer a single score, but they hardly offer a true picture of total antioxidative or anti-acid ability.

Bottom line: stay away from all these exotic fruits and fruit drinks. They are all acidic and by drinking them you put your health and fitness at risk!

The Effects of SRT on Four Bottled Waters

Over the years I have had the honor of working with Clarus Transphase Scientific, the developers of the Q-Link Pendant and other related products in researching the effects of their patented Sympathetic Resonance Technology on organic and inorganic matter.

We have had several papers published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine specific to SRT.

I have found the technology of SRT to be effective in increasing the zeta potential or life force of matter. The following is a blinded pilot study I conducted on four commercially bottled waters and the chemical and electrical changes that took place in that water, treated with SRT. The results are impressive and demonstrate the efficacy of the SRT technology.

Summary: The effects of SRT or Sympathetic Resonance Technology on water were measured. The pH, ORP and rH2 of water, with and without SRT processing were measured for four (4) different types of water. All four (4) waters were commercially bottled waters.

The results showed some consistent changes due to SRT including improved pH, ORP and rH2 in all waters tested. In brief, it is shown that SRT increases pH, lowers ORP and rH2, which could help to reduce states of oxidative stress or over-acidity of the blood and tissues of living organisms.Introduction: This is an exploratory pilot study to test a variety of drinking waters with and without SRT-treatment. The purpose is to compare the waters without SRT treatment to waters with SRT treatment to measure any changes in the hydrogen ion concentrations (pH) and the proton/electron concentrations (ORP and rH2), to demonstrate how SRT processing of the water affects positively the pH, ORP and rH2.

Materials and Methods: Four (4) types and eight (8) samples of commercially available bottled drinking waters were processed with SRT for 45 hours. These eight (8) samples from four (4) types of waters were then compared with the same four (4) types of waters without SRT using a Thermo-Orion multi-function pH/ORP meter. The eight (8) samples of bottled water treated with SRT and the four (4) samples of bottled water not treated with SRT were tested twice for pH, ORP and rH2. Average values were calculated from duplicate measurements.

Prior to testing all samples there was no prior knowledge of what samples were treated with SRT and what samples were not treated with SRT, making this a blinded exploratory pilot study. Table 1 summarizes the results of 72 measurements.Explanations of pH, ORP and rH2: The pH is a scientific exponential measurement of the concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxyl ions (OH-) in an aqueous solution ranging from 1 to 14 with 7 being neutral.

A pH below 7 would be acidic; having a higher concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) and a lesser amount of hydroxyl ions (OH-) and a pH, above 7 would be alkaline, having a lesser concentration of hydrogen ions (H+) and higher concentrations of hydroxyl ions (OH-). The pH scale is exponential, so a pH of 6 would have 10 times more hydrogen ions (H+) and 10 times less hydroxyl ions(OH-) than a pH of 7 and a pH of 8 would have 10 times less hydrogen ions (H+) and 10 times more hydroxyl ions (OH-).

There are two ways to measure the electron/proton activity, or the energy potential of an aqueous solution: ORP and rH2. The value of ORP (oxidative reduction potential) quantifies the amount of energy in the aqueous solution by numbering its electrons. It is expressed in milli volts (mV), either positive or negative. Typically water samples show a positive ORP or proton saturation of over +100 mV.

A positive ORP means that the aqueous solution is acidic or oxidized and has no potential energy for further oxidation: that is, it has no free electrons for energy. Such an aqueous solution has no antioxidant or anti-acid potential to support life.

A negative ORP means that the aqueous solution possesses electrical potential - energy, and is rich in electrons to support living organisms. Aqueous solutions with a negative ORP has antioxidant or anti-acid properties and are beneficial in that they can buffer or neutralize acids and thus reduce oxidative stress.

Water with a negative ORP is the only water that can support life, buffer gastrointestinal and metabolic acids and provide electrons to support the energy needs of any living organism. Water with a negative ORP no longer exists on the earth because of inorganic and organic contamination of our oceans, rivers and streams. All negative ORP water has to be created chemically, electrically or through the use of SRT or a combination thereof. Consider rH2 (reduction of hydrogen; sometimes called "redox") as sort of a backup measurement to ORP. rH2, is measured on a scale, just the way pH is.

The rH2 scale ranges from 0 to 44, with 22 being neutral; the lower the number, the greater the concentration of electrons. With each step, the number of electrons increases by a factor of 10; water with rH2 of 22 has 10 times more electrons than water at 23.

An increase of just two places on the scale, then, means 100 times fewer electrons. Ideally, you want your water to have an rH2 of 22 or less. Unfortunately, most municipalities have, on the average, an rH2 of 30 or greater. That's 100 million fewer electrons.

Conclusions: The waters not treated with SRT showed positive ORP's at +378 to +431 and rH2's at 27.9 to 28.04. The untreated Evian water was the best bottled water with an alkaline pH of 7.39, an ORP of +390 and an rH2 at 27.9, but was still lacking in electrical potential and electron concentration. All other non treated waters were acidic, with AquaFina, a purified municipal water, being the most acidic, at a pH of 5.83.

However, the effects of SRT on pH, ORP and rH2 were similar for all four (4) waters and all eight (8) samples, in that SRT increased pH from .44% to 19.21%, reduced ORP from 48.21% to 60.09% and reduced rH2 6.64% to 9.15% respectively. (Refer to Table 1)

Of the four (4) types of waters and eight (8) samples treated with SRT, AquaFina had the best result with a pH prior to treatment of 5.83 and with SRT treatment, a pH increase to 6.95, a 19.21% increase. The ORP went from +431 to +200 and a rH2 of 28.31 to 25.93, indicating a 1500 times increase of electrons or electrical potential.This pilot study showed the effects of SRT on physical properties as well as the subtle energetic properties of water.

However, not all waters appear to react in the same way to SRT. Some waters showed a stronger effect than others. The most notable changes were the increases of the pH, and reductions in ORP and rH2 of the AquaFina water, which is nothing more than treated tap water. This means that water treated with SRT can reduce hydrogen ions, increase hydroxyl ions, decrease protons and increases electrons and thus lower oxidative stress, gastrointestinal and metabolic acids and provide energy for living organisms to sustain life.

Moreover, this is consistent with previously published research on SRT, which shows that SRT makes human cells, tissues, organs and living organisms more resistant and resilient to the ravages of acidic stress.

The fact that various types of waters react somewhat differently to SRT may be due to their molecular structure and mineral composition and the ability of the atoms of the waters ability to hold new information. It is also possible that the various bottled waters may already contain information from the processing at the bottling plant, which makes it harder for them to hold SRT processing.

What is the Cause of Cancer and Where Does it Begin?

1) What is the origin of cancer or where does cancer begin?

Cancerous tissue, above all other consequences of choice, has countless secondary causes. But even for a cancerous condition there is only ONE PRIME ORIGIN and CAUSE. I have simply summarized this origin and cause of cancerous tissue in a few words. The prime origin and cause of cancerous tissue is the over-acidification of the blood then the tissues due to lifestyle and dietary choices. A cancerous tissue begins with our choices of what we eat, what we drink, what we think and how we live. Cancer is a liquid and this liquid is a toxic waste product of metabolism or energy consumption.

In 1966, Dr. Otto Warburg, who won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1931 for his discovery of the cause of cancer delivered a lecture at an annual meeting of Nobelists at Lindau, Germany. In his speech he described the primal cause of cancer as follows: "The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar.

All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes. From the standpoint of the physics and chemistry of life this difference between nomal and cancer cells is so great that one can scarely picture a greater difference.

Oxygen gas, the donor of energy in plants and animals is dethroned in the cancer cells and replaced by an energy yielding reaction of the lowest living forms. namely, a fermentation of glucose."The following is a summary of understanding cancerous tissues:

Cancer is not a cell but a poisonous acidic liquid.A cancer cell, is a cell that has been spoiled or poisoned by metabolic or gastrointestinal acids.A tumor is the body's protective mechanism to encapsulate spoiled or poisoned cells from excess acid that has not been properly eliminated through urination, perspiration, defecation or respiration.

The tumor is the body's solution to protect healthy cells and tissues.

Cancer is a systemic acidic condition that settles at the weakest parts of the body -not a localized problem that metastases. Metastases is localized acids spoiling other cells much like a rotten apple spoiling a bushel of healthy apples.

There is no such thing as a cancer cell. A cancer cell was once a healthy cell that has been spoiled from acid.The tumor is not the problem but the solution to protect healthy cells and tissues from being spoiled from other rotting cells and tissues.

The only solution to the acidic liquids that poison body cells causing the affect that medical savants call cancer is to alkalize and energize the body.

In conclusion, the human body is alkaline by design and acidic by function! If we desire a healthy body we must maintain that alkaline design.

2) Does diet and lifestyle have anything to do with cancer?

Absolutely! Cancer is not something we get it is something we do as a consequence of daily choice of what we eat, what we drink, what we think and how we live.

We either have an alkaline lifestyle and diet and enjoy a fit and healthy body or we have an acidic lifestyle and diet and experience the aches, pains and suffering from metabolic acids.

The former US Surgeon General, C. Everett Koop, had this to say about diet:"YOUR CHOICE OF DIET CAN INFLUENCE YOUR LONG TERM HEALTH PROSPECTS MORE THAN ANY OTHER ACTION YOU MIGHT TAKE."

3) If cancer is preventable how do we prevent it?

I have said many times that the cure for cancerous tissue will not be found in its treatment but in its prevention. That prevention can only be obtained by making healthier lifestyle and dietary choices. A cancerous condition is the consequence of choice.

For example, if you want to reduce your risk for cancereous tissue of the lung by 100%, then stop smoking and stop associating or working around people that do smoke. Secondary smoke is just as acidic and damaging to the lung tissue.

If don't want a cancerous liver then stop drinking alcohol and carbonated drinks. If you don't want a cancerous pancreas then stop eating the acid sugar.

If you don't want a cancerous bowel then stop eating protein. It is that simple. The following are a few research studies from around the world that substantiate my own findings:

For Many Women, Daily Aspirin Can Protect the Heart

(HealthDay News) -- The message is clear, but not enough women heed it: Taking an aspirin a day can help prevent heart attacks and stroke in some women, and even prevent further problems if you already have cardiovascular disease.

But it's not a one-size-fits-all prescription. Whether you should -- or shouldn't -- take a daily aspirin depends on a number of factors, including your age and your risk factors for heart disease and stroke, such as high cholesterol levels or diabetes.

One thing's clear: Fewer than half of American women who could definitely benefit -- those who already have cardiovascular disease -- actually take a daily pill, according to recent research. Doctors say the finding underscores the need for women to talk with their health-care provider about what's best for them.

"Aspirin works for women who already have cardiovascular disease, for those with multiple risk factors [for suffering a heart attack or stroke] and for healthy women over the age of 65," said Dr. Nieca Goldberg, chief of women's cardiac care at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, and author of The Women's Healthy Heart Program.

Goldberg was summarizing the findings of several recent studies and the latest guidelines issued by the American Heart Association. According to those guidelines, there's good reason to prescribe a daily aspirin for high-risk women. But the decision about aspirin for women at intermediate and lower risk is more difficult, the heart association said.

Doctors should take a more conservative approach with low- and intermediate-risk women, the AHA suggests, and should bear in mind that aspirin therapy has the potential for gastrointestinal bleeding and other side effects. Those side effects may outweigh the benefits in women at low and moderate risk.

Women between the ages of 45 and 65 who haven't had heart disease but do have risk factors -- including diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol -- might benefit from aspirin therapy to prevent cardiovascular disease. But, they should discuss the matter with their doctor to determine their degree of risk, Goldberg said.

Once even healthy women reach the age of Medicare eligibility, it's probably wise to take a daily aspirin, doctors say. "At age 65 and over, for healthy women, it looks like aspirin prevents cardiovascular events," said Dr. Raluca Arimie, a cardiologist at the Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, in California.

But for healthy women between the ages of 45 and 65, doctors "haven't found any benefit to the heart, but they found a slight benefit for stroke prevention," said Arimie, who's also an assistant professor of medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine.

Goldberg and Arimie agreed that it's crucial to know and understand your individual risk for heart disease and to make any decision on aspirin therapy in concert with your physician.

"Every woman should have a conversation with their own doctor," Arimie said. And, she added, don't necessarily expect to get the same advice doctors might give a man of the same age, or a woman of the same age with a different health status.

It's also important to know that doses in aspirin therapy can vary, Arimie said, with an 81 milligram tablet the typical starting dose for healthy people. "Sometimes it goes to 325 milligrams in those who have already had a heart attack," she said.

"I don't think everybody should be on aspirin," Arimie added. "But it should be decided case by case. If a healthy woman [under age 65] wants to take it to reduce stroke risk, she must be aware of the [GI] bleeding risk."

Compound in Red Wine Boosts Health of Obese Mice

(HealthDay News) -- In another study that suggests red wine may be good for your health, researchers found that old, obese mice that were fed a high-fat diet plus the compound resveratrol were healthier and lived longer than their counterparts that didn't get resveratrol.

Resveratrol is a naturally occurring compound found in red wine, grapes and nuts. Other studies have found that resveratrol can extend life in yeast, worms, fruit flies and fish.

It appears to be associated with anti-aging and preventing the effects of diseases of aging, such as diabetes, cancer and dementia.

"Resveratrol extends the lifespan of every species we have fed it to," said lead researcher David Sinclair, an associate professor of pathology at Harvard Medical School. "We are now showing that this is also possible for mice on a high-fat diet," he added.

The study findings are published in the Nov. 2 issue of Nature.

The researchers found that, among the overweight mice, resveratrol reduced the negative impact of being obese. When the mice were 60 weeks old, those mice receiving resveratrol showed a three- to four-month increase in survival, compared to mice not receiving the compound.

By 114 weeks, when the mice reached old age, more than half of the animals on a high-fat diet alone had died, compared to less than one-third of those receiving resveratrol.

"The goal is to turn this knowledge into drugs that would treat diseases of aging, like diabetes, heart disease and Alzheimer's," Sinclair said. "It's hard to know how far we can go with this technology. We are in new territory. We have never had a molecule that can achieve these effects in such diverse animals."

Resveratrol works by activating an enzyme called SIRT-1, which is found in all life forms and appears to control aging, Sinclair said. "It's triggering ancient pathways that counter diseases and aging," he said.

In addition, resveratrol stabilizes blood sugar and other effects of obesity. Sinclair speculated that a drug could be developed that would protect against diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's and heart disease.

But, Sinclair noted, the results of these studies are preliminary. "I don't recommend that people go out and just take products that claim to have resveratrol in them," he said.

Co-researcher Rafael de Cabo, an investigator at the U.S. National Institute on Aging, cautioned, "This is only a mouse study. We have to repeat it.

"The data is amazing," he added. "But every time you open a door in research, we find a thousand new doors, so there are a lot of questions still to be answered."

There are currently two human trials testing the value of resveratrol. One, at the University of California, includes patients with colon cancer. The other one, sponsored by Sirtris Pharmaceuticals, includes diabetes patients. Sinclair is one of the founders of Sirtris.

"We have taken an improved form of resveratrol into a human diabetes trial," said Sirtris CEO Dr. Christoph Westphal. The trial is testing whether the new drug is safe and whether it will control blood sugar. The researchers expect to have results in late 2007, Westphal said, adding, it will be at least four to five years before resveratrol drugs might be available.

One expert thinks that while the results of this study are impressive, there's a long way to go before resveratrol is proven safe and effective.

"As provocative as these findings are, it is not yet time to start popping resveratrol supplements, or rely on the compound as an alternative to healthful eating, physical activity, or attempts at weight control," said Dr. David L. Katz, an associate professor of public health and director of the Prevention Research Center at Yale University School of Medicine.

Time and again, promising findings in test tubes and mice have failed to translate into human benefit, Katz said. "The list of such disappointments includes almost every nutrient that has at one time or another captivated the public's imagination, including, over recent years, beta carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E."

This research should make on-going study of resveratrol a priority, Katz said. "While hoping that the promise of benefit without harm is fulfilled in people, I would advise against leaping to that conclusion until the evidence comes in," he said.

Simple Steps Safeguard Diabetics' Feet

(HealthDay News) -- The estimated 20 million Americans with diabetes need to remember that simple foot care can reduce their risk of toe, foot or leg amputations, say experts at the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).

People with diabetes are 10 times more likely to have a lower limb amputated than people who don't have the illness, which can cause poor blood circulation and nerve damage in the feet.

This makes feet more vulnerable to ulcers, infections, deformities and brittle bones.

The ACFAS offers the following foot care tips for people with diabetes:

Inspect feet daily for injuries that could lead to dangerous ulcers.

Gently wash feet in lukewarm -- not hot -- water.

Moisturize feet but avoid the areas between the toes.

Never trim corns or calluses. Doing so can lead to serious infections.
Inspect the inside of shoes before you put them on.

At the first sign of trouble, see a doctor. Early treatment can prevent foot problems from worsening and reduce the risk of amputations.

Insulin Stem Cells Hold Hope for Diabetes Treatment

(HealthDay News) -- Stem cells might one day pack a one-two punch when it comes to treating people with diabetes.

In a new study conducted with diabetic mice, human stem cells not only repaired insulin-producing cells in the rodents, they also fixed cells in damaged kidneys.

"It looks like we are doing two things, lowering blood sugar and sending cells to the kidney," said study senior author Dr. Darwin Prockop, director of the Center for Gene Therapy at Tulane University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. "That's very exciting because there are about 8 million people out there with diabetes and kidney damage and nothing to offer in the way of treatment," Prockop added.

"It's an interesting, novel finding, although obviously some more work needs to be done," added Dr. Rohit N. Kulkarni, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, and head of his own lab in the section on cellular and molecular physiology at the Joslin Diabetes Center, both in Boston. "We are still many steps from figuring out what's happening in humans, but this is one step towards realizing the goal of trying to figure out what stem cells do."

Mesenchymal stem cells or multipotent stromal cells (MSCs) hold quite a bit of promise because they are easily obtained from a patient's bone marrow, grow readily in culture and present minimal immune-system difficulties, the researchers said.

"We're calling them adult stem or progenitor cells. They're not quite entirely stem cells but close to it," Prockop said. "They have a remarkable ability to heal tissues."

"They're part of a natural repair system. Everyone has these cells, but we develop diseases when we don't have enough," he continued. "We can make millions in the laboratory in a matter of three weeks. They speed up the whole repair process."

For this study, published in this week's issue of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Prockop's team injected human stem cells into mice who had been made diabetic. Another group of mice, the control animals, received no treatment.

Three weeks later, the mice that received the stem cells had higher levels of mouse insulin (not human insulin) than the control mice. "The human cells went to the pancreas and repaired the insulin-producing cells, so the mice began to produce more mouse insulin," Prockop explained. "The human cells went to the pancreas, but it was mouse insulin in the blood stream."

Kulkarni added, "It's intriguing that they enhanced the production of mouse insulin."

Some of the human stem cells also evolved into kidney endothelial cells, or cells that line the interior of blood vessels, and were able to stop damage to the part of the kidney that filters blood. "We also saw human cells in the kidney, and they looked as though they repaired damage to the kidney," Prockop said.

Prockop said the group is now preparing for clinical trials with humans, although other experts still have many questions about the potential therapy.

"This is a very exciting story," said Robert Schwartz, director of the Texas A&M Health Science Center Institute of Biosciences and Technology in Houston. "The issue I take with the article is it's a little like a black box in that we don't understand the mechanism involved, although it's clear from the data that here is an important effect. There are big questions. How long does the effect last?

We just don't understand the mechanism, but there's something here of great value," he said.

Insulin, a hormone produced in the pancreas, is needed to carry blood sugar to cells for energy. In people with type 1 diabetes, the pancreas no longer makes insulin. In people with type 2 diabetes, insulin is produced, but their bodies don't respond well to it.
